Recruitment Just Got Over!
After loads of planning, timelines, proposals, meetings, posters and brochure, teaser campaigns recruitment is finally over!
This is so unbelievable!
Some time back i was just making timelines and dividing my OC members into different portfolios and then asking omar to get his car for the meetings now i see everything is done and this has ended Successfully!
Some great things happened while recruitment:
1- Teaser Campigns! All over SZABIST there were "Are you" questions in orange and blue. This was a great idea since many people just were inquisitive about what we were talking about, what it actually was, various guesses poured in. I remember one of the students asking me "Are you guys doing some kind of personality competiton"
2-Information Session Attendance! (The first info session had amazing attendance, the whole audi was full and few people had to leave becoz there wasnt any place so sit.)
3- EB helping the OC at each step:)
4 -The Army Syle man on the Information session who did a great job in presenting AIESEC:)
5-Crazy Schdules! The OC went crazy making slots and informing the LC about them.
6-Information desk! How can i forget that bcoz of which i had failed two major hourlies:P. So many new faces and few very wierd people coming in.
7-Taha's treat at the desk .... was it really taha who treated? or was it some one else who did it?
8- Interview sessions: The first expierience ever to take an interview of a student and being a student ! This is what we learn from AIESEC and this is how it makes us capable and confident.
9- Funny comments on the pictures :P

10- Few members selecting the ICX-D and ICX- C and PD members;)
11- Last but not the least the Results hype. Seemed that the OCP's main responsibility was to create hype throughout recruitment :P:P ... even on the results we had it all over szabist!
All in all i had wonderful learning expierience and something that i cant put into words to explain it o my blog:). It was so good that i availed this opportunity and got the chance to do so many things under this role!. I had great time working with the OC, EB and the LC. After all our efforts and hard work we are now an LC of 44 members:)!!!And to see room 206 filled with all AIESECERS was great!

Congrats Saher! You did an excellent job;) I remember when you were elected OCP :) and seeing the results now i can only say that you made me sooooo happy! You should be very, very proud of yourself!
